5 stars user feedback I did hav an issue with the band falling off within a week but luckily I found the screw and was able to fix it myself. However, I did contact them and they were very receptive for getting it fixed for me if I can needed it. I love the watch! This feedback has been edited. Details 1 star user feedback I have attempted to contact the seller several times and have recieved no response. The watch I purchased fell apart within 1 week of receiving it. I paid $129.90 for nothing. If I do not hear back from them I will call my credit card.
