1 star user feedback I have emailed Melissa countless times for a refund in a product I don't even have after saying she will grant the refun I never heard from her again still no dress I highly highly suggest finding other avenues. Seller response: Customer purchased item on 04/06/17 and requested a cancellation and refund on 04/11/17. I immediately issued the refund through Paypal on 04/11/17 which is the payment platform for Bonanza and she was immediated notified and Paypal iniated the refund for her order. Unfortantely, as a seller I have no control over how quickly my bank moves to authorize the refund and how quickly her bank accepts the refund. This can take 5-7 business days(not including weekends) per Paypal. Customer did recieve a full refund.
