This product was sold on 1.19.17 and today is 2.14.17 a week shy of a month from the original purchase date. We have paperwork to validate the Royal Peach Palettes authenticity. Needless to say there is no record on file of any complaints from you regarding your purchase. If you where unhappy with your purchase you could have sent the palette back for a FULL Refund no questions asked. One thing we stand behind is our integrity, we sincerely apologize that you where unhappy with your purchase, as we wish we would have known sooner so that we could have came to an amicable solution. If there's a problem that exist rather it's cosmetic related or relationship related if you never make your concerns known no one can help you.
