Having waited almost 5 weeks to arrive. Shipped from Far East not Canada as stated.

We are very surprised and concerned to hear this about our product. This is not at all what we want our customers to experience, therefore we have taken steps to make sure it doesn't happen again, including ceasing the sale of this particular product, and offering a free gift with a value of $29 USD to our buyer, at no cost.
