I ordered this bag on December 20th and received a tracking number on December 21st, with an estimated arrival of December 26th. However the item was never mailed according to USPS. I emailed the merchant and have not received a response back.

I sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced. We never shipped the item so I'm confused as to why you received the tracking number. That may have been a mistake on our part but when we received your email we issued an immediate refund as requested. Clearly we mishandled your order and we sincerely apologize about the issue but we would never try to defraud any of our customers at anytime. Our goal is to always provide a high level of service. We so sincerely apologize for the service failure assoicated with your order and the delayed shipping of your order.
