It's amazing that there are so many of us that have the same story. Thank goodness I took screenshots of delivery date information, negative feedback from other customers and the biggie.........A label has been created but the package has not been delivered for shipment. Have a feeling I'm going to need it!! |

This order was placed on the 20th of December and shipped on the same day. I did not promise that it would arrive before the 23rd. The buyer needs to be reasonable. The item was shipped in a timely fashion at an extremely busy time of the year. They will receive their overboard soon. Mr. Overboard has shipped out over 100 hover boards in the last few months. without complaint. These are quality products. Clients need to order in advance especially at Christmas time. Ordering five days before Christmas and expecting it to arrive before that is wishful thinking at best.
