He wrote wrong address and asked for resend when status was changed in USPS and after some minutes he opened a case on paypal and asked there for full refund, and even more : after some days he contacted with USPS and he made a request for change shipping address, but a PayPal case still opened. We provided all document for PayPal with shipping invoice where their specified address and PayPal investigate this case almost a month, so if he will receive this order and the money then we will work with police, because scammers must to be in jail.
