1/20/17 Still no product, seller has sent me very rude emails, will not give me a refund or send a replacement!!

SHE'S A THIEF who wanted her money back while the product was still in transit! Such unreasonable buyers make me not want to sell to anyone ever again. Consider over 360 succesfull sales only for you to #%$^ just because you're unwilling to wait for what you bought! I even offer to send replacements free of charge, on my expense, basically paying YOU to get the product, but after sufficient time has passed to allow for the product to arrive! She insults and accuses even if I showed her proof I shipped to her! I WASTED 6 WHOLE HOURS WRITING TO HER only for her to insult me, throw me a negative and be totally unreasonable not wanting to work things out! It's only been 3 weeks, not even a month !!!!! THINGS FROM CHINA TAKE 2-3 MONTHS !!!! She didn't even wait the full 99% certainty transit time of up to 4.5 weeks!

For god sakes, why on earth did you give me a negative without even talking to me, without saying one word. I ALWAYS DELIVER one way or another!!! If it doesn't arrive even in the 2 week delay, I offer to send a one-time replacement free of charge!!! Losing money just to make sure my customers get what they ordered! I CLEARLY TOLD YOU that 90% arrive in 12 business days and that 5-10% can be 1 week late and 2-4% 2 weeks late. IT has only been 2 days LATE over that 90% probability. It can be late even up to 2 weeks from now and a reasonable person would understand! It's the HOLIDAY SEASON and HUGE MAIL TRAFFIC BILLIONS of ADDITIONAL presents and postcards sent across the world. Delays are common sense. You wanted it for Christmas, then why didn't you contact me and pay $75 for shipping in 4 days through UPS (fast courier - CHEAPEST). Oh, you didn't want to pay 75+24.90 = $100 for it, but you want it almost as fast and guaranteed delivery. That's ISN'T POSSIBLE through the current international shipping from Europe to the United States! You shouldn't have ordered because you're totally unreasonable and never communicated with me, but felt it's okay to behave like this giving a negative.

Your package was in transit for just 15 business days when estimate is 90% 7-12 days, 5-10% 13-17 business days, 2-4% 18-22 business days (those are NOT calendar days). You're totally unreasonable. I even showed you proof I shipped it! You never asked for a refund and if it doesn't arrive, I've even sent my customers the product again, free of charge, on my expense and while losing money overall, just to make sure they receieve what they ordered and are happy. Besides, it's the holiday season and mail traffic is HUGE => delays, I explained in the message before. If you wanted it fast and guaranteed, the "slowest" Fast Courier transit time is 4 days and cheapest is $75 for shipping alone. Sure, if you'd have told me you ABSOLUTELY need it in time for Christmas, without taking chances, I would have told you it costs $100 instead of just $24.90. Would you really be willing to pay x4 times more (shipping costing x3 more than the product)?
