Seller response: This feedback makes me sad, I responded to every message and in every message offered a return, escalating it to Paypal was unnecessary and made it look like you don't want to return the item but want all your money back. I am sad because all I wanted was to be of good service. Please return the item and I will gladly give you a full refund.
