Seller response: We replaced item. We would have paid for shipping return. Buyer opened case w paypal before letting us provide service. Paypal deemed buyer wrong. Paypal required buyer to pay return shipping, not us. We would have taken care of buyer but buyer jumped the gun and wanted new item and his money back. Sorry.
