1 star user feedback The bag is fake. I sent the bag to the store and they confirmed it is not authentic. I asked for a return label, but they asked me to send this bag to other buyer . I refused and asked for a return label directly to them. Still waiting for it. Seller response: The is the cheat buyer. She usded bag for half month and requested return with the reason the neo bag shouldn't have dust bag so it was fake(only US neo doesn't have dust bag) . Considering not waste time with this terrible lady we refunded her and provided return shipping lable but finally she only wanted to get the item free not return. Be careful with her!
