I think you should contact the post we have shipped a dress. It was confirmed as delivered. If you filed a chargeback on your credit card we would win. I am so sorry that the post office mis-delivered the dress. We are sending a new dress. Unfortunately it is prom season and we are swamped. Today we will send out 50 dresses including yours. There were some other customers who needed a 2xl for last weekend and seeing as we are already going out of pocket on sending a new dress and losing money we had to get the dresses out in the order they were received and needed to be shipped. We are working as fast and as hard as we can to keep up. If you look at the first tracking, contact the post ask them about it. It was delivered, it was not invalid and it is not our fault. We filed a case with the post. They denied our insurance claim because it is saying delivered. You will get a new dress this week. I promise. But it has nothing to do with us not confirming your address or not sending a dress or any of the above. I am so sorry this happened I assure you we are doing everything we can to fix it for you, even though most companies our size state that if delivery is confirmed that is something that they are not responsible for.
