All of our Sophies have the original serial number on the leg and can be verified. I offered to provide the original invoice that shows our purchase from Vulli, the manufacturer. Each Sophie looks different because the molds used to make them are only usable for a few prints. We also can ship the original box along with the Sophie upon request (we unbox them to prevent damage to Sophie). I'm sorry for any delay in communication and I accepted your return because you said the squeaker on the toy did not function, so we processed a return. We are committed to fairly resolving our customers' concerns on our orders.
