Never was there a "curse" in any of my emails. If I ALSO have all the emails that were sent. The box came open, literally. Plain and simple, you have horrendous shipping times, rude and THREATENING communications, and I DID NOT get all the items as described. I understand sellers have bad days, bad employees, and sometimes are downright, not fit to be a "customer service" rep like your self. However, NOT getting the item as ADVERTISED and not shipping on time as advertised is, plain and simple, FALSE ADVERTISING. Not to mention after purchase, you then disclose information about the product and what was advertised AFTER purchase about the additional products. What ever happened to customer service? I didn't not get even "par" customer service from you. yes, I gat a machine, a K550 for a price that a week later, could be found on other sites. So don't think you're anything special here. I just picked the wrong person/company to buy from. NEGATIVE reviews are REAL reviews. |

I have never sold an item used or refurbished and you can tell just by all the positive feedback I have here. Also, you can look at my ebay feedback as well. I have responded to every single email that you have written to me. I have every reply as well. There's no excuses here. I was late on shipping you the item yes but I have been nothing but nice and friendly to you and all of my customers as well. I truly apologize but you have been nothing but mean to me threatening me and cursing me. I hope you enjoy the brand new brewer and still wish you best of luck with it and enjoHave a blessed day.
