We ship worldwide and customers in those countries normally know that there are import fees that those countries may or may not charge. We get many orders from the UK and most UK customers know that the UK Royal Mail charges import fees and handling fees for processing their packages in the UK customs. It is similar to US citizens ordering from other countries and having to pay import fees. We are not responsible for import fees charged by other countries. We ship to the UK and other countries all the time and import fees are charged by the UK and most other countries. We also have the following notice for customers outside the USA: Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are responsible for all duties and import taxes that may be charged by your country for imports. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order.
