Buyer purchased item 3 months ago.. That's 90 days, then miraculously then claims product is counterfeit. It doesn't take 90 days to decide if a item is legit or not, this is pure buyers remorse, and i declined a 3 month later return. I run a business, not a rental store for used makeup..Which in itself is worthless, We stand by 30 day returns for ANY REASON. Even used! But, sorry not 90.
