Vintage Fish Pendant Articulated Jointed Large Gold Silver Huge Articulated Fish Pendant Jointed Body Sectional Modernist Design Yellow Cabochon Eye Textured Gold This is a huge Articulated Fish Pendant. It really is large and quite heavy, it measures 5 inches in length and is 3 inches wide. It weighs 2.8 ounces on my postage scale, which converts to 79.38 grams. It is made from a two tone metal in gold and silver. It is jointed from head to tail and there are seven different sections that bend; 1 head, 3 body, 1 tail and 2 fins. The head, fins and tail are in a textured gold, the rest of the body is in silver with incised designs. The fish is enhanced with a yellow cabochon eye set in a raised silver circle. There are no markings and I have no idea when it was made, looks like something from the 1970s.. It is in excellent condition. This would be a great addition to your collection of vintage figural jewelry, definitely the "Whopper Catch of the Day”. It would also be a creative decorative collectible to hang on a chain in a window or to mount in a frame in an art project or painting as a 3-Dimensional accent.
