This item is from my old jewelry box with pieces from the 1960’s. This brooch features two attached cats with rolling eyes, light metal ears and sequined mouths. The cats’ bodies are mink. The eyes show some age tanning. The clasp is one with the overlooking protective hook to keep the broach from falling off the garment and works well. The clasp does show some rusting.
