Packaging All our books and magazines are stored and sealed in plastic bags. They are shipped in padded Mail Lite envelopes or hardback envelopes. Posters are shipped in a tube inside an envelope. Delicate or fragile items are packaged separately and shipped via a trackable service. Delivery All items are shipped from our warehouses in the UK. We only use reliable couriers: Royal Mail and UK Mail. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Larger and more expensive items will be shipped via a trackable service. All orders will only be shipped to the address listed . How long will it take to receive my item? Please check the list for the method shipping. For Royal Post, Delivery can take up to 7 working days from the date of payment. For tracked shipments via Royal Mail, delivery can take up to 3 working days from the date of payment. For our courier services, delivery can take up to 1 working day from the date of payment. I haven't received my item, it was sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. What should I do now? If your item was shipped via Royal Mail Standard Parcel, this is a non-trackable service. If 7 days have passed, please check with your local sorting office; they may have your item. If the item is not at the sorting office, it will be returned to us; this may take up to 15 days from notification.
