Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was requested and submitted , and your order has shipped, we will gladly refund the purchase amount – less return shipping and restocking fee.

Item/s must be in Original Packaging/Box, complete with manuals and accessories and NOT USED. Sealed packages that were opened CANNOT BE RETURNED. If an item is not complete (ex: missing parts, incomplete accessories, no box, missing manuals and literatures, etc.) and was used, IT CANNOT BE RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
