Item description

The pattern is "Sandringham," and it was introduced in 1895 by George W. Shiebler, a prominent American silversmith and is made of sterling silver, as indicated by the hallmarks which are very hard to read on the bottom of the spoon bowl. The maker?s mark is opposite either a very worn 925 or a patent date. This pattern was only made in sterling silver and we were able to identify through two separate searches. The Sandringham pattern is known for its intricate and ornate design, often featuring a heavily detailed handle and sometimes gold-washed elements. This spoon probably had gold wash at one time but it is all worn away with use through the years. Still not monogrammed so you can make it your own! Will ship USPS with tracking to winning buyer
