From the very top to the bottom, they measure about 10". The balls have scuffs from age and use and one has a crack in the middle of the ball but has never gotten worse, it was dropped on the floor. To play, let the Klackers hang down evenly, then start with a small up and down motion, they will click, and with a sharp fast motion, the Klackers will click above and below your hand.
