It is an assembly line leftover that has never been installed and is in like new condition. It is GM part number 85102677. GM says it can also be used in place of 87814152, 84617666, 84495000, 84452982, 84406508, and 84677518. Match one of these to your part number to ensure compatibility! Seriously!! You would use this if yours needs replaced. (Missing, damaged, etc.) Instructions for installation are not included. You shouldn't be attempting repairs/installs if you're not qualified.
