Item description

Includes 2 miniture dolls. The larger doll in is real good condition. The smaller doll has scuff marks on her right eye, toes and on her back. if one was good at painting these scuffs could be fixed. See Pictures. Story Line In 1983, Chris Wiggs designed the first Polly Pocket doll for his daughter, Kate. The doll was small enough to fit inside a small house made from a powder compact. Bluebird Toys of Swindon, England, licensed the concept and the first toys in the range appeared in stores in 1989. In the early 1990s, toy giant Mattel distributed Polly Pocket toys on behalf of Bluebird. In 1998, Mattel bought the company and redesigned the line.
