We did change the listing to take out the word 100% complete. I have so much army toys like this for sale, but this is one of the nicest I have ever seen, and it appears to be fully complete. The other ones I have seen do not have the orange part for tracing. This one has been stored in careful air condition Ziploc for years and years and is barely out of the box.
