Orthomol Nemuri night is a dietary supplement with melatonin to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Orthomol Nemuri night is available in the following forms: hot drink granules, direct granules and spray. The different product variants differ from one another in their composition of ingredients. The hot drink granules contain nutrients (magnesium, niacin, vitamin B?, glycine and L-tryptophan) and plant extracts (hops, lemon balm and green tea extract). The direct granules and the spray contain passion flower and lemon balm extract. All forms contain melatonin. Recommended consumption Pour the contents of one sachet into a cup and pour over approx. 100 ml of hot, no longer boiling water. Dissolve while stirring and enjoy as warm as possible around 30-60 minutes before going to bed.
