The vintage high schools around here are all undersized so they have to add cheap out-buildings for some of the classes. I don't know how they heat them but the cooling is accomplished by pumping in CO2 from a central compressor and this is one of the connection boxes for such an out-building. Comes with the keys, without which you cannot open it. New and unused construction surplus and I suspect they go for a small fortune, a lot more than we are asking.
