This item is new and in its original box. I have a couple of them and have photographed the one with the torn box although the others do not have boxes that are torn, but they are not sealed. I will ship the best boxes to the first purchasers and leave the torn box for he last buyer. This item is a single lane short piece of track with a braking control that permits the user to slow the car on the esses or bends.
