Grosset and Dunlap. Copyright 1934. Print run Carpentieri-coded 1959C-36. Second cover art by Bill Gillies. Author was Leslie McFarlane, using the Stratemeyer "Dixon" pseudonym. #13 in the series. Very nice tan book in excellent condition with brown endpapers. No frontispiece. Original 25 chapters, before the 1960s revision/update of the text. No writing/marking except that the number "79" is written over the printed price code. Very nice dust jacket with very minor edgewear at top and bottom of spine. Book is now protected in removable mylar covering. (HBC-13)
