parts are included - see picture. We cut the tape on this box to take the pictures. But I wanted to be sure it worked before I listed it. We did find one small tear in the bottom seam - about an inch and a half long I realized after we blew it up and took the pictures that the stand on the bottom should have been set up. That's why it's touching the ground when inflated. But I didn't want to reinflate it after I had it all boxed up again... box is very worn
