In areas with high humidity dry times can be longer. Laminator Compatibility All LexJet laminates are provided on 3" standard cores. Laminator Settings Apply 40-80 psi and use 2-5 feet per minute for dwell time. Between 90 to 100 F heat is recommended, but heat is not required. The top and bottom web tension should be minimal. Adhesive Cure Time After applying the laminate, allow curing for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting or trimming. Maximum bond strength is reached in 24 hours. Dimensional Stability Film can react to heat in processing. In laminating process do not use excessive unwind tension or nip roll pressure as curl could result. Min.
