This is a bundle of the PS2 Dragon Quest VIII game and official BradyGames guide. Includes: original cardboard outer box with original retail sticker full like new instructions and insert in the disc box comes with a second disc: "Final Fantasy XII Demo" the outer plastic disc case lining has a small tear in one corner on the back (see pics) both discs tested working The Guide pages are all unglued from the binding but all the pages are there (I checked) and all pages are in very good condition. The guide also includes the original foldable map insert with charts on it. The Guide cover is still in one piece but has the most damage around the top and bottom of the binding as you can see in the pics.
