Time Frame: If an item is found to be DOA, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The 30-day period begins from the date the item is delivered to your location.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be DOA, in which case we will cover the return shipping expenses. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and include the RMA number on the shipping label or documentation.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team of experts will inspect and verify the DOA status. If the item is confirmed to be DOA, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs, within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Exclusions: This policy does not cover items damaged during installation or due to improper handling, misuse, or neglect. Returns for reasons other than DOA will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees.
