Item description

Vintage original 8 x 10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the classic 1950s British horror thriller, THE CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN, produced in 1957 by Hammer Films and directed by Terence Fisher, in which while awaiting execution for murder, Baron Victor Frankenstein tells the story of a creature he built and brought to life - only for it to behave not as he intended. The image features a very close shot of Dr. Victor Frankenstein (Peter Cushing) as he mixes chemicals and compounds in his laboratory. Printed for the film's 1964 US theatrical re-release by Seven Arts, it is in very fine condition as shown.
