The thoroughly indexed and cross-referenced text covers: General medicine; Alphabetic listings for each Sign, Luminary and Planet; Animals and animal diseases, and Non-medical information on colors liked, foods, physical appearances, voice, etc....(Laurel) Lowell's introduction and her section on the influences of Pluto place this book firmly in the lead as the number-one modern reference on Astrology in relation to the physical world." This thick one-volume encyclopedia has 958 pages. The front cover corners are slightly bent; otherwise, a very nice solid copy with no apparent writing, marking, stains, creases, etc. on the interior; the pages are white.
