I am unsure of the age or origins of the chair. It is made of solid wood and is a classic wood style that fits into virtually any decor. The chair has a spindle splat and machine turned supports, spindles, and legs. The little side supports between the back and the seat are bent wood. The chair is 32.5? tall, 19? tall at the seat, 17? across the bent wood supports, 16? across the front of the seat, 15.5? deep at the seat, and 20? deep total. This is a great old chair that would be a nice refinishing project and will be beautiful when it is done. It is a chair with a lot of history that you can completely make your own!
