From their extremely limited set of Universal Monsters fine art lithographs ? which sold out the same day they were released ? the print is signed by hand by Ross and is individually numbered out of only 100 produced. While she only appeared on screen as the Bride for a few short minutes, Lanchester?s conical hairdo ? and its signature lightning-streaks ? are iconic symbols of both the character and the film and are widely parodied in later films and other media. Ross captures the terrifying last few moments of the film as the Monster, now hopeless after being rejected by the Bride, destroys the tower in hopes of forever ending his lonely suffering.
