Hands are bent and second hand specifically does need to be positioned to make progress. Snoopy does still pop out of the top though, and it plays a segment of "Linus and Lucy". Ticker at the bottom tries to tick but would likely move better if hands worked properly. Could probably be fully fixed by someone who knows what they're doing.
