Here is your opportunity to get Great St. John's Wort flowers at an unbeatable price. Not only is St. Johns Wort a beautiful yellow flower, it benefits the planet in numerous ways and is hardy in most places around the world. To begin, it's the host plant for the beautiful Gray Hairstreak butterfly, however it attracts and feeds all butterflies types. There is strong scientific evidence that this species is effective for mild to moderate depression. Additionally, many have reported using the leaves as tea to lighten loads of nervousness, tiredness, appetite issues more. To that end, it is also deer and rabbit resistant--making it a perfect addition to your outdoor herb or flower garden.
Germination Instructions:
Hypericum seeds germinate in up to 20 days at soil temperatures around 70F. If it's too hot or cold outside, freely start the seeds indoors. These need sunlight to germinate so sow the seeds by sprinkling the seeds on the soil surface, taking care that the seeds are snug within the moisture of the soil but do not sink underneath it into darkness. Also, keep this in mind when watering in the coming days...keeping the seeds and soil consistently moist but not pouring heavy water streams that will cause the seeds to sink as well. Once germinated, transplant new seedlings into their permanent location outdoors away from frost.
