ONE rare IC like samples pictured. These have the Signetics 1960 logo on them so most likely made after that and before newer logos were in use. The other number on them may indicate 1971? These are pulls, may need pins straightened and solder removed as they have solder or trace residue. We recommend straightening in a small vice or using needle nose pliers. There are no broken pins but buyer assumes responsibility for gently straightening without breaking. If you are going to use in a socket, and or gently wicking off solder with an iron or wick. We will guarantee each to be good or we will replace. We do not know the history but all were in a lot of surplus parts that looked to have been carefully extracted and sorted.
