It came with the sheet entitled "The Story of Captain Midnight" I do not know the providence of this piece but am sure that it is a replica from the 70s or 80s and not actually from the 1950s. Still, this would make for an excellent addition to the collection of any Captain Midnight collector or anyone who is a fan of old timey radio programs.
