Time to Sing contains one of Williams' biggest '60s hits, the gorgeous Charlie Rich-style ballad It's All Over but the Crying. Rock in My Shoe, and Hummingbird Line are also featured. A Time to Sing is a respectable Hank Williams, Jr. album in its own right.
