The slower tempos, like a lowdown "Sinner's Prayer" and the acoustic "Driftin'" really showcase his growth as a vocalist (particularly that bullfrog groan, by way of Muddy Waters, whom he honors with an especially faithful cover of "Standin' Round Crying").
