His crazy customers include a sailor on leave, a woman who wants an abortion and a beatnick (Frank Sinatra Jr) who steals his car. This turns Pepper into an action madman bent on finding the missing taxi which ends in a blazing battle. The superspy normally takes on routine criminals, but here, ventures into the realm of science fiction. A scientist (Guy Madison) has kidnapped the worlds best athletes and replaced their hearts with electronic circuits so as to keep them under his control. Superargo joins forces with an ex-lama who teaches him psychic powers and to levitate. Will his newfound powers help him to stop the meglomaniac from inflicting damage with his mummy like androids?
