Brand new factory sealed dvd runs 148 minutes according to the case. If this is true, that means this is the extended version with the entr' acte/ intermission and exit music. Some prints have been edited to run 118 minutes.
Big, brassy musical based on the Broadway success about a New York matchmaker in the early 1900s who ends up getting married herself. Streisand plays the title role in her usual powerhouse style. She belts out some memorable songs with exceptional gusto. Louis Armstrong adds immeasurably to the frolic.
