The piece has brass stems, and the base and top portions are copper, with steel fill under the base for extra weight and balance. The piece is in very good condition, with some light surface scratches on it from normal wear, but no dents or dings. It is 9.75" tall, 4.25" in diameter at the base, and is made to hold two 1" diameter candlesticks. It is a very nice candlestick holder, and would be a great decorative item, as well as making a nice addition to any brass or copper collection.
