Nice Solid Metal City Of Pasadena Emblem, and similar items

You are bidding on this nice vintage solid metal cap with City of Pasadena, Incorporated 1886 in it. It is made of either brass or copper, looking more like copper, but I can not quite tell which. It is very tarnished, and has a lot of oxidation all over it as well. I am unsure of its age or original purpose. It is slightly curved in shape, and has two ‘handles’, one on each side, with a hole in it, so it was certainly mounted on something at some point. It is 7” in diameter with the little brackets on each side sticking out another inch. There are bits of concrete stuck to the back of the piece. It is a very nice metal copper plate, and a wonderful old piece of Pasadena history.
