We are honest sellers for over 20 years selling used vintage items that are not replaceable with another item, so exchanges are never an option. Pick-up is welcome to save on packing and shipping costs. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. Packing fees are a fixed cost and are not negotiated.
