Vintage Small 1940s 1950s Colorado Souvenir and 50 similar items

This small plate might be from either the 1940s or 1950s, judging by the planes in the picture. It measures approximately 3 1/2” in diameter, including the wire outer edging. It has no chips to the front and the colors are bright. The back shows a slight chip or two at the plate base. The wire has lost its shine and has a few small rust spots. There are no markings or indications of when or where it was made. The front says “Colorful Colorado”.
