Item description
This fun collectible Chrildren's book, Sybyll, The Dog who ad all the Advantages is in nice condition and has its original dust jacket. Published 1966 by Pisani Press, San Francisco. Sized at 6" X 5 1/2".
"...Once upon a time..."
Hard cover
Published by Pisani Press, San Francisco, 1966. Printed in USA.
First Edition
There are a few small signs of wear on the front and back dust jacket and a tilted binding edge (see photo) but the binding is not ripped. The color is vibrant and very good. It's amazing the exterior wear is very minimual due to the fact the book was a childs dog book!
There is only one mark on the interior and that is an inscription on the inside cover and with the dust jacket, you do not see it. No library markings, no pen/pencil scratches, cut pages (the price on the dust jacket has been cut out). I see no markings what so ever, which is quite rare for a children's book. It shows some yellowing from age but it obviously was a beloved book and cared for as well as possible given a child adored it.
It is full of brown ink illustration sketches by Dick Moore. A sweet "must have" book for any collector or children's room.
Please enjoy the rest of my shop.
